A Fredericton man will be sentenced in June after admitting to driving under the influence and fleeing from police while he did so last summer.
Lee Joseph Polchies, 47, of Paul Street, appeared in Fredericton provincial court Tuesday.
He pleaded guilty to Aug. 19 charges of fleeing from police in a motor vehicle and having an elevated blood-alcohol level within two hours of driving.
