City man admits to break-ins, damages
Brian Gerard Geneau, 61, of no fixed address, is scheduled to be sentenced in August
A Fredericton man will be sentenced later this summer after admitting Tuesday to two break-ins and other offences last fall.
Brian Gerard Geneau, 61, of no fixed address, appeared in Fredericton provincial court Tuesday to answer to three sets of criminal charges.
Duty counsel Edward Derrah, acting as an agent for defence lawyer Denis Sawyer, said Geneau was electing to be tried in provincial court and pleading guilty to all charges.
