City man accused of sex crimes on minor
Navdeep Singh, 24, has election, pleas set over to next month so he can apply for legal aid
A Fredericton man accused of sexually assaulting and touching a minor last summer is set to be back in court in a few weeks to answer to the charges against him.
Navdeep Singh, 24, of Kimble Drive, made his initial appearance in Fredericton provincial court Friday morning on four indictable, sex-related charges.

He’s accused of sexually assaulting an underage complainant, touching that minor for a sexual purpose, inviting the child to touch him sexually and making sexually explicit material available to the complainant to facilitate a sexual offence, all on July 17, 2024, in Fredericton.
