A Fredericton man is set to return to court later this month to elect mode of trial and enter pleas on allegations he seriously harmed a woman during a sexual assault and that he choked her.
Nzabonimana Bosco, 36, of Parkside Drive, appeared in Fredericton provincial court Tuesday, accompanied by an Kinyarwandan interpreter, for his first appearance on three indictable charges.
The defendant is accused of sexually assaulting a woman and thereby causing her bodily harm, choking her to assist him in committing an offence and confining the same woman unlawfully.
