A Burtts Corner man will return to court next month to answer to allegations he endangered a child’s life through neglect and unlawfully confined the same minor.
The 42-year-old defendant made his first appearance in Fredericton provincial court Wednesday to answer to two indictable charges.
He’s accused of failing to provide the necessaries of life to a child in his role as a guardian or head of family and thereby endangering the child’s life, and confining the child as well.
Both counts allege offences between Jan.1, 2019, and Dec. 31, 2021, in Burtts Corner.
