A Fredericton-area man who twice failed to attend court only to be released on conditions both times was a no-show before a judge again Monday.

Bradley John Madore, 34, of no fixed address, was due in Fredericton provincial court Monday to elect mode of trial and enter pleas on a number of charges.

However, when Judge Scott Brittain called his case, the defendant wasn’t present.
