Break-in suspect held for bail hearing
David Justin Larlee, 49, of no fixed address, also accused of breaching no-contact order
A Fredericton man will have to cool his heels in custody for a couple of days before learning if he’ll be freed on conditions after being charged with a weekend break-in.

David Justin Larlee, 49, of no fixed address, appeared in Fredericton provincial court by telephone Monday from the city police station cellblock.
He was charged with break, enter and mischief at a Stairs Street residence and breach of probation by having contact with Elizabeth Larlee. Both offences are alleged to have occurred Sunday.
