Restaurants in the capital region are set to square off again for two weeks to see which one can dazzle diners with an exceptional burger in the annual YFC Burger Battle.
Most entries in the contest/marketing campaign tend to be new creations offered only for the duration of the event, but how does a competitor decide on what to serve up?.
Chef Bryant Bragdon heads up the kitchen and manages the menu at Gahan House Riverside on Queen Street in downtown Fredericton. Duking it out for Burger Battle votes at Gahan will be the “In Da Pub Burger,” and Bragdon offered the Fredericton Independent a glimpse into its origin.
