Clifford Robert Kevin Sacobie, 26, accused of using threats to steal from vaping store
A Bilijk (Kingsclear) First Nation man is headed to trial later this year after denying an allegation of threatening violence to rob a vaping retail location in Fredericton last month.
Clifford Robert Kevin Sacobie, 26, of Kingsclear Avenue, appeared in Fredericton provincial court by telephone from provincial jail Wednesday to answer to three criminal charges.
He stands accused of stealing from the Brilliant Smoke Shop on Main Street in Fredericton on Jan. 15 by using threats of violence against Joey Cross, thereby committing robbery.
