Barred driver admits to breaching ban thrice
Bryce Robert Nash, 19, will be sentenced in March for violations of driving prohibition
A Fredericton man barred from driving due to a past conviction for impaired driving admitted Wednesday he repeatedly violated that court order last summer.
Bryce Robert Nash, 19, of Brooks Court, pleaded guilty in Fredericton provincial court Wednesday to three breaches of a court-ordered driving prohibition.
The charges indicate he was caught at the wheel in Fredericton on July 28, Aug. 21 and Aug. 24 while subject to the driving ban for a past instance of driving while impaired.
Judge Natalie LeBlanc ordered an updated pre-sentence report for consideration at sentencing, and she scheduled Nash’s sentencing hearing for March 12.
