A Fredericton woman accused of assaulting two other women and exposing herself last year is no longer facing prosecution for those alleged offences, as she completed an alternate-measures program.
Kethleen Mary Sirois, 31, of Cliffe Street, appeared in Fredericton provincial court Monday accompanied by defence lawyer Gwynne Hearn.
