A man facing an indecent-act charge in Fredericton who’s remanded on counts in other jurisdictions lamented his lot in life and kept asking a judge about getting out of jail Tuesday.
Hakim Donnelle, 24, of no fixed address, appeared in Fredericton provincial court by telephone Tuesday from a custodial facility.
Donnelle is accused of exposing his genitals in a public place in Fredericton on Aug. 2, 2024, with the intent to insult or offend others.
