Woman faces indictable fraud allegation

A capital-region woman is set to return to court in three weeks’ time to answer to charges that she defrauded a man of a sum of cash and possessing a stolen debit card in September.

Dellarosa Sacobie, 42, of no fixed address, appeared in Fredericton provincial court Tuesday, scheduled for election of mode of trial and pleas on two indictable charges.

She’s accused of possessing a stolen TD Bank debit card and defrauding Joseph Sutton of less than $5,000 in Oromocto on Sept. 22.
