Editor’s note: A previous version of this story indicated the defendant was accused of new charges of sexual assault and breaching no-contact orders involving the same woman he was already charged with sexually assaulting. New information recently revealed there are two different female complainants. We regret the error.

A Hanwell man awaiting trial on a sexual-assault charge is facing two new such allegations, and he was a no-show in court Tuesday for his first appearance on those charges.

Jacob Robert Warman, 24, of Ferguson Road, was on the Fredericton provincial court docket for Tuesday, scheduled for a first appearance on several new charges.
