Warrant out for no-show sex-crime suspect

A Hanwell man awaiting trial on a sexual-assault charge is facing two new such allegations, and he was a no-show in court Tuesday for his first appearance on those charges.
Jacob Robert Warman, 24, of Ferguson Road, was on the Fredericton provincial court docket for Tuesday, scheduled for a first appearance on several new charges.

He’s now accused of sexually assaulting a woman in Hanwell between Oct. 3 and 31, 2024; sexually assaulting her again between Jan. 1 and Feb. 28, 2025; and twice breaching a police undertaking to have no contact with her - in Hanwell between Jan. 1 and Feb. 28, 2025, and in McGivney between June 1 and Aug. 17.
