Up-river man admits to attempted voyeurism
Christopher Lee Moran, 52, of Grafton, admits to lesser, included offence rather than go to trial Tuesday; court heard he tried to photograph another man in Regent Mall bathroom
A Carleton County man will be sentenced later this year after admitting to an attempted instance of voyeurism in a Fredericton mall last year.
Christopher Lee Moran, 52, of Braun Street in Grafton, near Woodstock, appeared in Fredericton provincial court Tuesday, scheduled to stand trial on a Jan. 25, 2024, count of voyeurism.

The charge alleged he used a cellphone camera to surreptitiously observe a person with a reasonable expectation of privacy in Fredericton.
