Abas Suleiman Mohamed, 34, of no fixed address, appeared in Fredericton provincial court by video conference from the Saint John Regional Correctional Centre on Friday.
He was scheduled to stand trial on a Feb. 10, 2025, count of stealing wine, Feb. 11 charges of robbing Elizabeth Namit of a pair of headphones, and Feb. 14 counts of breaching a police undertaking to stay off the premises of the Atlantic Superstore on Smythe Street and trespassing on the premises of Kings Place in downtown Fredericton.
