A Fredericton woman accused of deliberately setting fire to a northside coffee shop last month opted to pass on her bail hearing Thursday but reserved her right to one at a later date.
Tiffany Lee Johnston, 33, of no fixed address, appeared in virtual bail court for the second time this month Thursday.
She was charged earlier this month with deliberately or recklessly causing damage by fire to Tim Hortons on Union Street on Jan. 28, plus causing property damage to windows at Tim Hortons on Main Street and Giant Tiger on Union Street, on May 20 and Nov. 3, respectively.
