Tim Hortons arson suspect released
Tiffany Lee Johnston, 33, of Fredericton, sprung on conditions on consent of prosecution
A Fredericton woman facing vandalism and arson charges stemming from damage to northside businesses in recent months was released from custody Thursday on conditions.
Tiffany Lee Johnston, 33, is facing May 20 and Nov. 3 counts of mischief causing damage to property by damaging windows at Tim Hortons on Main Street and Giant Tiger on Union Street, respectively, and a Jan. 28 count of arson at Tim Hortons on Union Street.
