Anglophone West, Francophone Sud school districts announce closures in capital region
There are a lot of happy kids in New Brunswick on Thursday morning, including those in Fredericton and surrounding communities, as schools have been closed due to the winter weather.
Both Anglophone School District West and Francophone Sud School District, which operates francophone schools in the capital region, are closed Thursday due to weather and road conditions, they announced in the early-morning hours.
The Fredericton Christian Academy has also announced it’s shutting down for the day due to weather.
