Christopher Theodore Johnson, 31, will be sentenced in late November for several offences
A St. Stephen man who’s in custody after repeated failures to attend court admitted last week to committing fraud and breaching court orders, and he’ll be sentenced late next month.

Christopher Theodore Johnson, 31, of Milltown Boulevard but formerly of Temperance Vale, appeared in Fredericton provincial court Oct. 24 by telephone from a custodial facility.
The initial charge that landed him before the court was one of defrauding Ridge Cedar Ltd. of more than $5,000 between Dec. 9, 2021, and March 15, 2022.
