Christopher Theodore Johnson, 31, of Milltown Boulevard but formerly of Temperance Vale, appeared in Fredericton provincial court Oct. 24 by telephone from a custodial facility.

The initial charge that landed him before the court was one of defrauding Ridge Cedar Ltd. of more than $5,000 between Dec. 9, 2021, and March 15, 2022.
