Judge issues warrant of arrest again for Katherine Elizabeth McIntyre, 36, of Fredericton
A convicted sex offender accused of non-compliance with a registration order and shoplifting who was released on conditions last month didn’t turn up in court Thursday as ordered.
Katherine Elizabeth McIntyre, 36, of Woodstock Road in Fredericton, was scheduled to answer to three charges in Fredericton provincial court Thursday.
She’s accused of breaching an order under the Sex Offender Information Registration Act (SOIRA) on June 20, 2024, by failing to report a change of address to the registration centre; breaching the SOIRA order again Aug. 16, 2024, by not reporting to registration centre for annual check-in; and stealing merchandise from the Atlantic Superstore on Main Street on Nov. 16.
