Sex offender to be sentenced for breach
Tye Evan Nichol, 28, of Fredericton, admits he failed to comply with registration order
A convicted sex offender acknowledged Friday that he didn’t follow through with the requirements of a registration order, and he’ll be sentenced later this year.
Tye Evan Nichol, 28, of Charlotte Street in Fredericton, appeared in Fredericton provincial court Friday with defence counsel Wanda Severns.
He pleaded guilty to failing to comply with an order under the Sex Offender Registration Information Act (SOIRA) to report in person to the local registration centre between Oct. 15 and Feb. 18.
