Michael Brian Paige, 45, of Three Tree Creek, accused of sexually abusing minor last year
A Three Tree Creek man accused of sexual offences against a minor last summer and of stealing a pickup truck in the spring didn’t show up for a Monday court date, prompting the issuance of an arrest warrant.
Michael Brian Paige, 45, of Post Road in Three Tree Creek, about 40 kilometres south of Fredericton, was scheduled to elect mode of trial and enter pleas Monday to indictable charges alleging he sexually assaulted a minor under the age of 16 and touched that complainant for a sexual purpose June 22 in Three Tree Creek.
However, when Judge Mélanie Poirier LeBlanc called the case, Paige didn’t appear.
