An Oromocto man whose sexual-assault charge has lingered in the courts for years is on the cusp of getting defence counsel, court heard Wednesday.
Kashtyn Lee Fullarton, 26, of Mahsos Street, appeared in Fredericton provincial court Wednesday on two charges.
He’s accused of an indictable count of sexual assault alleged to have occurred March 3, 2020, and a summary charge of failure to attend court March 16, 2021.
