A homeless man accused of breaking into a downtown restaurant this summer has been released from custody on conditions.

Richard Graham Anderson, 60, of no fixed address, appeared in Fredericton provincial court by telephone from the Fredericton police station cellblock Wednesday morning to answer to an indictable burglary charge.
