Oromocto man denies sex assault in capital

An Oromocto man accused of a sex crime back in 2020 and of skipping court five years ago on the charge denied both allegations Thursday.
Kashtyn Lee Fullarton, 26, of Mahsos Street, appeared in Fredericton provincial court Thursday, accompanied by defence counsel Edward Derrah.
The defendant’s case has been before the courts for more than five years, but he finally entered pleas Thursday.
