Oromocto man denies assaults, threats

Among charges against Andrew Aubé, 29, is one of threatening to harm woman’s pet

An Oromocto man who’s remanded on a variety of violence allegations will stand trial this summer on charges stemming from events in October and December.

Andrew Aubé, 29, formerly of Hillcrest Court and Duffie Drive, appeared in Fredericton provincial court by telephone from the Saint John Regional Correctional Centre on Tuesday to answer to a long list of charges alleged to have occurred on two different occasions last year.

He’s accused of assaulting Pamela Wallace, uttering threats to cause her death and/or bodily harm, uttering threats to Michael Aubé to cause him death and/or bodily harm, damaging a doorframe and household objects belonging to Wallace, and damaging tables and other household items belonging to Michael Aubé, all on Oct. 14 in Oromocto.
