A Fredericton woman denied charges Tuesday alleging she broke into an apartment and assaulted someone inside with a bat earlier this year, and her trial was scheduled for January 2027.
Monique Janelle Paul, 40, of Bear Lane, appeared in Fredericton provincial court Tuesday with defence counsel Angèle Normand.
