No disclosure in months in firearms case
Paul Glenwood Martin, 59, of Harvey, accused of illegal rifle transfers, theft of guns, ammo
A Harvey man accused of conducting illegal firearms transactions in recent years has been unable to get any information on the case against him, a court heard Tuesday.
Paul Glenwood Martin, 59, of Tweedside Road, was charged earlier this year with numerous Criminal Code offences involving firearms, and he was back in Fredericton provincial court Tuesday to answer to those charges.

However, duty counsel Josh Pozzolo said the defendant wasn’t prepared to elect mode of trial or enter pleas on the eight counts against him yet.
