NB Power ‘is persecuting me’ - accused
Rodney Alton Hoyt, 71, of Minto, is charged with causing damage at utility substation
A Minto man accused of causing damage to NB Power property this summer denied the charge recently and claimed the utility had forced him out of his own home.

Rodney Alton Hoyt, 71, of Cedar Street, appeared in Fredericton provincial court Nov. 12 to answer to a property-damage allegation.
He’s charged with mischief causing less than $5,0000 in damage to an NB Power substation in Minto on July 7.
