Narcotics suspect delays bail hearing

A Fredericton man arrested on the weekend on drug-trafficking allegations will remain in custody for at least another few days, as he asked Monday for his bail hearing to be postponed.
Dylan Horsman, 28, of Fredericton, appeared in Fredericton provincial court Monday, scheduled to go through a bail hearing.
He faces charges of possessing fentanyl, methamphetamine, cocaine and psilocybin for the purposes of trafficking; carrying two rifles and a shotgun for a purpose dangerous to the public peace; possessing a Canuck 12-gauge shotgun without a licence; possessing it knowing he didn’t have a licence for it; occupying a motor vehicle knowing there were unsecured firearms therein, improperly storing the rifles and the shotgun; and driving while impaired by a drug.
