Zachery David Murphy, 24, formerly of Kings College Road in Fredericton, elected this summer to be tried in provincial court and pleaded not guilty to a Jan. 11, 2023, count of perjury.
The case was set to be before the Fredericton provincial court Monday to set a trial date, but the court was unable to contact Millhaven Institution - the Ontario prison where Murphy is incarcerated - to facilitate his appearance by teleconference.
