Kyle Kennett, 40, of Brunswick Street - appearing by telephone from the Saint John Regional Correctional Centre - was brought before the Fredericton provincial court Wednesday for a first appearance on new charges.

The RCMP charged him with break, enter and theft at Oromocto Auto Sales on Restigouche Road in the model town and with theft of a 2014 Nissan Rogue from the business, both on Oct. 31.
