Lawyer’s disciplinary hearing postponed

Fredericton lawyer Stephen James Hill was supposed to appear before a law-society discipline committee Tuesday morning for a four-day hearing into allegations of misconduct and misappropriation of funds.
However, that hearing didn’t proceed as scheduled.
The Law Society of New Brunswick issued a notice of suspension in February in the wake of numerous complaints filed against him.
