A Hoyt man already facing charges related to an alleged intrusion at a rural camp last summer is now before the court on a charge related to a break-in at a Hanwell business last fall.

Andrew Michael Donovan, 36, of Boyne Road, appeared in Fredericton provincial court Tuesday for his first appearance on a pair of new summary charges.

The RCMP has charged him with break, enter and theft at AA Towing on Casewood Drive in Hanwell and having his face masked during the commission of an offence, both on Oct. 27.
