Dustin Mitchell Hill, 39, faces charges sex offences against underage complainant in 2022
An unhoused man accused of sexually assaulting and touching an underage girl is free in the community on conditions, and he’s due back in court later this month to answer to the indictable charges.
Dustin Mitchell Hill, 39, of no fixed address, appeared in Fredericton provincial court Jan. 29 to face indictable charges alleging he sexually assaulted an underage girl and touched her for a sexual purpose in Fredericton between May 1 and 31, 2022.
There’s a court-ordered publication ban in effect protecting the identity of the girl, who would have been 11 years old at the time of the alleged offences.
