Historical sex crimes alleged in capital
David Paull, 51, of Fredericton, scheduled to elect mode of trial, enter pleas in three weeks
A Fredericton man is facing serious charges alleging he committed sexual offences against a minor in the capital decades ago.
David Paull, 51, of Canada Street, was set to appear in Fredericton provincial court Monday to elect mode of trial and enter pleas on three indictable charges.
They allege that he sexually assaulted a minor, touched that complaint for a sexual purpose and invited the minor to touch him sexually, all between Feb. 18, 1992, and Dec. 31, 2000, in Fredericton.
