A Fredericton man will be under house arrest for the next two months and then under a curfew for two more for threatening violence against a woman he believed stole cash from him two years ago.
Ian Ross Floyd, 48, of Forest Hill Road, appeared in Fredericton provincial court Thursday for a sentencing hearing.
He’d previously pleaded guilty to uttering threats to Kimberly Adamen on Sept. 2, 2023; breaching a police undertaking requiring him to observe a curfew at a York Street residence Nov. 27, 2023; and failing to attend court April 3, 2024.
