UPDATE: Missing Fredericton resident located
In alert issued Thursday, police force sought tips on whereabouts of Larrisa Scott, 37
A Fredericton woman who hadn’t been seen in a week and was announced as missing Thursday has been found, police reported in an update Friday morning.
The Fredericton Police Force issued a news release Thursday afternoon about Larrisa Scott, 37, of Fredericton, advising that he’s considered a missing person.
“Scott was last seen on Oct. 29, 2025, in downtown Fredericton, wearing a grey zip-up sweater and black leggings. Scott has a cast on her right arm,” it said.
“Police are actively searching for her and are concerned for her well-being.”
However, in an update posted to social media Friday morning, the police force advised she’d been found.
“The Fredericton Police Force thanks the public for their assistance in locating a 37-year-old woman, who was reported missing yesterday. She was safely located,” it said.
