Fredericton woman denies indecent act
Kethleen Mary Sirois, 31, also pleads not guilty to assault charge through defence counsel
A Fredericton woman accused of exposing herself and assaulting a woman in separate incidents earlier this year is headed to trial on both allegations.
Kethleen Mary Sirois, 31, of Riverside Drive, wasn’t present in Fredericton provincial court Monday when her case was called, but defence lawyer Gwynne Hearn appeared on her behalf.

Sirois is accused of committing an indecent act April 30 by exposing her genitals and anus with the intent of offending someone and with assaulting Shara Carter on June 20.
