Qudus Gbenga Saula, 22, accused of conning complainant of cash; plea set for next month
A northside resident accused of fleecing a fellow Frederictonian of a sum of money is due to return to court next month for plea.
Qudus Gbenga Saula, 22, of Canada Street, made his initial appearance in Fredericton provincial court Monday on a summary count of fraud.
The charge alleges he defrauded Mishka Lawson of a sum of cash of less than $5,000 in Fredericton on June 26.
