Missing 14-year-old has been found
Teenage girl from Fredericton had been missing between Friday and Thursday, said police
A Fredericton girl who went missing who went missing for the second time last week has been located, the Fredericton Police Force reports.
The police issued a news release through social media late Wednesday morning, advising that a 14-year-old Fredericton girl was considered a missing person.
She’d last been seen in the capital on Nov. 14, the release said.
However, in a followup advisory on social media late Thursday morning, the police force advised she had “been found safe.”
The situation marked the second time in a month that the same teenager had been reported as missing.
A similar advisory was issued about her Nov. 1, reporting that she’d been missing for a few days. However, hours later, police said she’d been found and was safe.
