Qudus Gbenga Saula, 22, of Canada Street, appeared in Fredericton provincial court Wednesday, accompanied by defence lawyer Spencer MacInnis.

The charge laid by the Fredericton Police Force in court against Saula defrauded Mishka Lawson of less than $5,000 in cash June 26, 2025.
