Brandon Robert Reid, 37, of Douglas Avenue, appeared in Fredericton provincial court by video conference from a custodial facility Friday, once again for the purpose of electing mode of trial and entering pleas.
He faces Oct. 25, 2024, charges of driving while impaired by cocaine and tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) and thereby causing the death of Justine Paul, having an elevated blood-drug concentration within two hours of driving and causing Paul’s death, and dangerous driving causing death.
