Fatal-impaired case hits legal snags
Bradley Douglas Webb, 39, of Fredericton, accused of being high when car he was driving crashed into another vehicle, killing Natashia Morrow and injuring family in other vehicle
A Fredericton man alleged to have been driving while high and thereby causing a crash that killed one and injured others found himself in need of new defence counsel Monday.
Bradley Douglas Webb, 39, of Fairview Drive, appeared in person and in custody before Court of King’s Bench Justice Richard Petrie at the Burton Courthouse on Monday for motions day to schedule.

Webb elected last year to be tried in the Court of King’s Bench on Aug. 24, 2024, charges of driving with an elevated concentration of a drug in his system and thereby causing the death of Natashia Morrow, and impaired driving causing bodily harm to Jennifer and Stephen Cooper.
The allegations arose after a two-vehicle collision in Durham Bridge on that date.
