A pair of young men - one from Fredericton and another from the Saint John area - are due back in court next month to answer to an indictable charge alleging they wounded a man in the capital in the fall.

Riley Richard Mitchell, 21, of Colchester Drive in Quispamsis, and Noah J. Malinsky, 20, of Rookwood Avenue in Fredericton, was set to make their first appearances in Fredericton provincial court Feb. 17 on a joint charge of aggravated assault.
