Richard Seth Harris, 24, of Fredericton, got in single-vehicle accident while impaired
A Fredericton man who crashed and rolled his car this summer was impaired by alcohol at the time of the accident, a court heard last week.
Richard Seth Harris, 24, of Riverside Drive, appeared in Fredericton provincial court Nov. 28 to answer to an allegation of impaired driving.

He pleaded guilty to a count of having an elevated blood-alcohol level within two hours of driving.
Crown prosecutor Christopher Lavigne said Fredericton Police Force officers responded to the scene of an accident just before midnight Aug. 26.
