Drug-trafficking suspect headed to trial
Charges against Ryan Daniel Joshua LeBlanc, 41, also include firearms allegations
A Fredericton man will stand trial early in the new year on a long list of charges, including drug-trafficking offences, after he denied the allegations against him Tuesday.
Ryan Daniel Joshua LeBlanc, 41, of Jaffrey Street, appeared in Fredericton provincial court Tuesday by telephone from the Saint John Regional Correctional Centre, where he’s been remanded on numerous charges.
Legal Aid New Brunswick staff lawyer Bronwyn Mooney appeared in court on LeBlanc’s behalf, and she said the defendant was electing to be tried in provincial and pleading not guilty to all charges.
