A young Fredericton man accused of harming a woman while driving while impaired and of threatening two city police officers doesn’t have counsel because he missed his legal-aid appointment, court heard Tuesday.

Tanner Michael Paul, 19, of Bear Drive, was back in Fredericton provincial court Tuesday morning, scheduled to enter pleas to Sept. 2 counts of impaired driving causing bodily harm to Felicia Brooks, threats to cause death and/or bodily harm to Const. Matthew Bujold, threats to Const. Vincent Maris and breach of probation, all in Fredericton.
