A Fredericton man will stand trial in 15 months’ time on charges of sexual assault and assault by choking, allegedly against a teenage girl last year.
Connor Michael Harrigan, 38, of Shannon Street, was back in Fredericton provincial court Friday, accompanied by defence counsel Spencer MacInnis.
He’s accused of sexually assaulting an underage girl, touching that minor for a sexual purpose and assaulting her by choking, suffocating and/or strangling her, all in Fredericton on Nov. 28, 2024.
